No, Booktivity was made in mind with some specific use cases for bowlings, but is highly parameterisable and abstract. It can be used for almost any business providing accomodations.
Who does the setup and configuration of the tool?
We do the setup and initial configuration, and provide the necessary training and documentation so that you can adjust parameters yourself in the future. Of course we'll be available for support questions after the launch.
Can I import or migrate from the current tool i’m using?
Yes, you can give us an export of your current customers, we'll import them and will apply some data cleansing rules in the meanwhile.
Can you add a custom integration for another software i’m using?
